Swimming Programmes for All Ages
Swimming Programmes for all Ages
All programmes run in our indoor heated pool (~32 °C) with 30-minute lessons and small groups for individual attention (Splash Tots up to 6 with a parent; all other classes up to 4). We teach confidence first, children are never forced underwater and progress through clear levels at a comfortable pace.
How Placement Works (Assessments)
Before joining, we complete a friendly placement assessment to confirm the right level and goals. Choose a quick 10–15 minute assessment in water, or a FREE in-class assessment where you join a real lesson at your tentative level. We’ll then recommend the best class time and pathway.
Bring: swim cap, fitted swimwear, towel, and a reusable swim nappy for non-toilet-trained swimmers. Goggles are not required unless a coach requests them.
