Water Aerobics
Water Training That Works Hard Without Hurting You
Water aerobics removes impact without reducing workload. The heated ±32 °C indoor pool in Randburg delivers a controlled environment where pace, resistance, and movement patterns stay consistent year-round. Coach-led sessions use structured sequencing and music timing to drive cardiovascular demand, mobility gains, and strength development while keeping joints, tendons, and recovery load protected.
What a typical class includes
- Guided warm-up and mobility.
- Cardio intervals (shallow-water jogging, travel patterns).
- Strength sets (water dumbbells/drag equipment, core work).
- Balance and posture exercises.
- Cool-down and stretch.
- All classes are coach-led with progressions and regressions, so you can train safely at your pace.

Real Fitness with less Impact
Water sessions drive conditioning while eliminating the joint load that normally limits progress. The heated pool, stable resistance, and controlled pacing create a training environment that delivers strength, cardio, and mobility gains without the wear of land-based exercise. Small groups and coach-led sequencing keep technique sharp and progression steady, making it effective for beginners, returning exercisers, and active adults who need results without impact.
