Stroke Introduction & Development

Levels 1 to 4

A progressive program that enhances swimming technique, rhythm, and endurance while introducing competitive readiness. Focused coaching ensures correct form across all major strokes. Participants build discipline, body control, and strength through consistent training that promotes both fitness and confidence in performance.

Adult Learn-to-Swim

Supportive, calm lessons designed for adults of all abilities to gain confidence, safety, and ease in the water. Each session promotes mobility, relaxation, and technique improvement. Whether overcoming fear or refining stroke control, participants develop comfort, fitness, and assurance at their own pace.

Water Aerobics

Low-impact group workouts that combine cardio, strength, and flexibility for all ages and fitness levels. Using water resistance, each session supports joint health, posture, and endurance without strain.
