Shared Venue Usage:

You may be hosting your party alongside other parties. However, depending on bookings, you may have exclusive use. The venue is large enough to comfortably accommodate multiple events, but there’s a chance you might have the place to yourself.

Weekdays and Weekends (12pm – 4pm) – R2500 + VAT for up to 25 people (adults and children combined). For additional attendees, a per-person fee will be charged. A lifeguard is required for all events at an additional cost.

Lifeguard Cost: R1400 + VAT for up to 25 people (children and adults). Additional charges will apply for more attendees.

Private Exclusive usage (Weekends Only):

The entire venue will be available for your event; no other events will take place.  Based on pricing below.

  • Private Venue Hire: R8000 + VAT for up to 25 people. This includes exclusive access to the Slide and Ride (bum boarding), Water Slide, and Pool.
    Lifeguard Cost: R1400 + VAT for up to 25 people. Additional attendees will be charged accordingly.

Basic Requirements of Venue:

 
  • Cold Drinks: All cold drinks must be purchased directly from us. We will provide a quote for these based on your requirements.
  • Own Cake & Food: Clients are welcome to bring their own cake and food if they prefer to arrange catering themselves.
  • Décor: Clients must bring their own décor and are allowed to start setting up from 10am onwards. All décor must be removed after the event.
 
  • Important Notes and Rules Of Venue:
 
All prices listed above cover a 4-hour rental period (12pm to 4pm) on Saturdays and Sundays.

Guest Arrival: No guests are allowed before 12pm as our swimming school operates prior to this time.
Religious and Public Holidays: We are closed unless arrangements are made well in advance. Additional charges may apply for bookings on these days.

Other Events: For corporate events, private functions, or special events, please contact us for more information.

Cleanliness: Clients are required to keep the area neat and tidy, disposing of all rubbish into the dustbins provided. Our staff greatly appreciate any assistance with clean-up after 4pm.
Décor Removal: All décor must be removed after the event.
No Alcohol: Regrettably, no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
No Cash: Only card payments via Yoco machines are accepted for any additional purchases on the day. Cash tips for staff are permitted.
Indemnity Form: The hosting parent/adult must sign an indemnity form on behalf of all attendees.

  • 50% deposit is required upfront 2 weeks in advance to secure the venue. The balance is payable 72 hours prior to event
  • No refunds on deposits as a result of cancellations or inclement weather
  • If there are any special requests, please advise with ample notice
  • Birthday cakes/ cupcakes can be brought to the venue
  • The Hosting parent/ Adult must sign an indemnity on behalf of all attendees/ participants
  • Regrettably, No Alcohol is permitted on the premises whatsoever
  • You may arrive 2 hours before your event to hang any décor you have arranged.
  • No cash allowed on premises besides that of tips for the staff
  • Yoco machines are available to pay for any other extras on the day
  • The above prices are for weekdays and weekends only, should you wish to book on a public holiday additional charges may apply.
  • No events will take place over religious holidays – unless booked well in advance – additional charges will apply.
